CopyCat does not hear me
In the device's Settings, open CopyCat and allow Microphone and Speech Recognition. A quiet room and the device's own microphone give the best result.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, and Mac computers with Apple silicon.
What does a lesson cost?
Lessons marked Free cost nothing. The others are unlocked with a pack of 1, 5 or 10 lessons, bought in the app. A lesson is unlocked once and kept.
How long can a lesson I make be?
Up to 10 minutes: 6,000 characters of text, or 10 minutes chosen from a recording. Making one is free; keeping it uses 1 lesson from a pack.
The lesson I made came out wrong
A recording works best with one clear voice and little background noise. If the words are written down somewhere, paste them when making the lesson and CopyCat shows them exactly.
Can I have a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple decides refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
